The RFLP DATABASE

 The RFLP DATABASE contains passport and hybridization data of a set of mapped barley RFLP-markers most of which have been mapped on the Igri/Franka and the Vada/Hordeum spontaneum cross 1,2,3,4. Maps and raw data sets are available under http://wheat.pw.usda.gov.
The MWG-series of barley RFLP-probes were developed by a research consortium of the Institute of Botany of the University of Munich, the Institute of Agronomy and Plant Breeding of the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, and the Institute for Resistance Genetics, Grünbach (Federal Centre for Breeding Research on Cultivated Plants) supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. A repositiory of MWG-clones has been established at the Federal Centre for Breeding Research on Cultivated Plants.
